The project started with the creation of a business plan that allowed Outletarreda to select the best produtcs for ecommerce in the impressive range of furnishing items sold by Outletarreda. In addition, this made it possible to estimate the volume of sales in the first 3 years and, consequently, identifing the ideal budget for investment.
Subsequently we carried out in-depth SEO analysis that helped to identify a number of keywords divided by product categories on which we designed the entire contents architecture and the descriptive texts of products, as well as info pages. This is to maximize the yield from SEO point of view.
We have identified the technology platform best suits Outletarreda's needs considering the budget, the ability to scale the project in time and ease of use by staff.
At this point it began the second step in which we installed and configured the e-commerce site with all the required customization and created by all the new content, inserting the first 1500 catalog products with descriptions optimized for optimal SEO and creation a set of informative pages to the sales activity kit.
The partnership continued for two years during which we have suported Outletarreda in the choice of some suppliers and logistics partners, in personnel recruitment and training dedicated to e-commerce management through a prolonged coaching with on the job training activities.
