Project description

Agoge Personal Trainer Studio is a gym specialized in training with professional personal trainer suport and group lessons, two different realities but coexisting under the same brand.

Agoge had the need to rationalize resources - space, time and staff - to focus efforts in the more profitable activities and promote through the web this new course taken from the gym.

It was necessary, before, a strategic marketing consultancy and then, upon completion of the new strategic positioning, a new website integrated with a blog.

Client needs

Agoge Personal Trainer Studio needed:

  • a strategical marketing consulting to redefine the offer and strategic positioning;
  • a responsive and easy to update website;
  • increase visibility through the web;
  • communicate the business repositioning;
  • create a blog.

Implemented solutions

The project started with a strategic marketing consultancy which, through a series of economic analysis and a thorough review of internal processes, allowed to completely review the offer leading to Agoge repositioning.

This allowed us to give more weight to specific activities such as personal training service and some courses, making better use of space resources and time available.

On this basis we identified the better cms platform, which enable it to give a new image to the company offering the opportunity to explain all new services and give owners the ability to easily and independently update the site.

We installed and configured the new site with a customized template of corporate colors.

To enable better communication offer we decided to implement a corporate blog under the same domain so to increase the traffic concerned and convey it directly to the new site.

Dot Business was responsible to perform an SEO analysis and study a content structure that would allow an easy navigation among all sorts of activities and allow users to easily find the necessary informations.

On this basis, we worked together with Agoge in the content creation. Considering the high specificity of the topics we have been working in tandem, Agoge provided the basic texts with the specific information they wanted to communicate and Dot Business has reviewed any written text to make it more efficient from the SEO point of view.

Finally, the project was completed by a training on the job that allows  today Agoge staff to update the site content and graphics independently, by combining these changes to specific offers who wish to activate.
