Dot Business does not disseminate your data, however, to carry out our work and fulfill legal obligations, we will be able to communicate your data to:

  • law enforcement and security agencies to prevent fraud or comply with regulatory obligations.

3. Profiling and automated treatments

We do not directly perform profiling activities, we do not record and we do not store sensitive data but we use the advertising services of specialized companies that perform profiling activities.

4. What happens if you decide not to provide us with your data or deny consent?

You have the full right of choice and therefore you can decide not to give us the requested data or to deny your consent but you must keep in mind that:

  • by denying information such as name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail we cannot process your requests;
  • by denying your consent for marketing purposes we will not be able to show you advertisements related to services that may be of interest to you, but you will only receive general advertising relating to products that probably do not interest you.

5. Safety measures adopted

Browsing within our website is protected by an SSL certificate which encrypts all communications between your terminal and the website.

The data is safely processed by internal staff or selected collaborators residing within the EU.

The processed data will be stored as follows:

  • 10 years according to law, on paper or digital media, for all data processed for fiscal and administrative purposes;
  •  26 months the statistical data of Google Analytics.
